To date, have served and/or taught several hundred meals and published over 40 columns on basic cooking skills for both the WEB and in local newspapers. Also serving as Dean of the Food and Drink School at SuiteU while instructing four on-line courses and managing and editing other teachers.

§     Managed corporate and investment banking activities for clients in the Environmental, Transportation, and New England Corporate Divisions.

§     Responsibilities included: Corporate Financial Analysis; Debt Structuring including Underwriting and Syndication; Cash Management; Asset Based Financings; and marketing Derivative, Leasing, and Trade products.

§     Significant Accomplishments include:

§      Generated $6.5 million of fee income from 1998 – 2000.

§      Proposed, negotiated, marketed, and managed several large acquisition and working capital credit facilities. These included a $750 million, 25 bank credit for a rapid growth water treatment company, and a $378 million, 35 bank credit for an environmental engineering firm.

§      Earned cross sell awards for every year offered, (1993-1998).

§     Commercial lending officer specializing in the Shipping and Marine Industries Division. Evaluated the potential of a new market (the inland waterway industry), designed lending approaches, and appraised over-all industry viability. Extended  over $60MM of loans to new customers throughout the Mississippi and Northwest waterway systems.
